Yoga Recovery for Runners

Welcome to Yoga Recovery for Runners, the only yoga program used and endorsed by world renowned running coach Greg McMillan. This 30 minute sequence is designed for use after your run or workout to allow the tissues to adapt and re-lengthen. In this practice we work with the body in terms of active recovery and injury prevention specific to the areas of the body that tend to be over-stressed by running. This way we can enhance the long term sustainability of our athletic careers. Remember that we’re not only recovering from our last run, but preparing for our next. We’ve even included a bonus 8 minute post-run quick stretch for those days when squeezing in a full-length routine just isn’t possible. Are you ready to free your stride? Let’s get started!

COVID-19 Restriction Advisory

As a result of the Saskatchewan Health Authority's COVID-19 restrictions and to keep our staff and golfers safe, we wish to advise you of certain restrictions. The Club will strictly monitor compliance with these restrictions

PLEASE

  • Do not arrive more than 20 minutes prior to your tee time
  • Remain in your vehicle until our starter signals your tee time
  • Use our hand sanitizer stations prior to accessing your cart
  • Limit one person to a cart at all times unless you are from the same household. Walkers are not permitted to hitch a ride or place their clubs on someone else’s cart at any time.
  • Proceed to the first tee ONLY when instructed to do so
  • STRICTLY adhere to social distancing policies
  • Follow the on-course traffic patterns
  • We sincerely appreciate your business and your cooperation during these times of uncertainty.
  • Your actions will assist us in making the Katepwa Beach Golf Course a safe place to enjoy an excellent golf experience.
